How to prepare
No fasting or special preparation is needed, and you can continue your regular medicines as usual. Remove jewellery, coins, hooks and any metal from the area being filmed, so nothing shows up over the bone. X-Rays use a small dose of radiation, so tell our team before the exposure if you are pregnant or think you might be. Please bring your prescription and any previous films or reports of the same area.
